    • Groups of 3 or more require a 25% non-refundable deposit at booking.

    • Silence your phone upon arrival. No calls during services, please.

    • Be mindful of your masseuses’ time, especially during peak hours.

    • Keep personal belongings off workstations.

    • Please let us know before leaving or within 24 hours if something isn’t right.

    • We are not a medical facility. By booking, you acknowledge we are not liable for pre-existing conditions.

    • Gift certificates available for all services.

    • Products may be returned within 3 days in original packaging with receipt. Store credit only.

    • Tips warmly accepted in cash, Venmo, or credit card. Always optional, always appreciated.

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    • No pets indoors, please. Pets are welcome to relax on our patio.
